I choreograph heightened sensorial encounters through functional pottery, sculptural forms, arrangements, site-specific installations and events.  This diverse range of delivery systems serves to expose the complexities in seemingly simple and mundane human behaviors.  My work is an ongoing investigation of material engagement as a means of critical thinking, often referencing behaviors of the hand as a means to provoke creative tension between sensory and cerebral awareness.
